【摘要】：伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要主體,在日益激烈的國際競爭中扮演者重要角色。知識經(jīng)濟和信息時代的到來，使得企業(yè)之間的競爭演化成為國家間企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的競爭，一批擁有先進生產(chǎn)管理技術經(jīng)驗、自主知識產(chǎn)權、良好企業(yè)文化和行業(yè)生產(chǎn)標準的創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)也應運而生。企業(yè)如何保持持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的能力，，是關系到實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要問題。 但是，目前國內(nèi)對創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的研究主要集中在創(chuàng)新績和創(chuàng)新動力上，如何較為全面的對企業(yè)進行創(chuàng)新能力的分析與評價尚缺乏有效的關注。本文基于對創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)評價理論，以遼寧省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)為研究對象進行了以下研究工作： （1）介紹了與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新能力相關的基本理論、國內(nèi)外學者的研究現(xiàn)狀以及常用的一些研究方法，為構建創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力的評價模型提供了理論依據(jù)。 （2）通過對前人研究情況的梳理，建立了創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力分析與評價的指標體系，并對其中的影響因素進行分析。 （3）綜合運用了因子分析法、數(shù)據(jù)包羅分析法以及單因素方差分析法對遼寧省104家創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的42項與創(chuàng)新能力相關的指標進行系統(tǒng)性分析。 （4）通過實證研究，從創(chuàng)新指標的分布情況、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的強弱水平、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新資源的利用效率、區(qū)位以及行業(yè)因素對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響等幾個方面，得出遼寧省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力分析與評價的結論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, enterprises, as the main body of economic development, play an important role in the increasingly fierce international competition. With the arrival of knowledge economy and information age, the competition among enterprises has evolved into a competition of innovation ability among countries, with advanced production management technology experience and independent intellectual property rights. Innovative enterprises with good corporate culture and industry production standards have also emerged as the times require. How to maintain the ability of continuous innovation is an important problem to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. However, at present, the domestic research on innovative enterprises is mainly focused on innovation performance and innovation motivation, how to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the innovation ability of enterprises is still lack of effective attention. Based on the evaluation theory of innovation ability and innovative enterprises, this paper takes the innovative enterprises in Liaoning Province as the research object and carries out the following research work: This paper introduces the basic theories related to the innovation and innovation ability of enterprises, the current research situation of scholars at home and abroad and some common research methods, which provides a theoretical basis for constructing the evaluation model of innovation ability of innovative enterprises. 2) through combing the former research situation, the index system of innovation ability analysis and evaluation of innovative enterprises is established, and the influencing factors are analyzed. 3) A systematic analysis of 42 indexes related to innovation ability of 104 innovative enterprises in Liaoning Province is carried out by means of factor analysis, packet law analysis and single factor variance analysis. Through empirical research, from the distribution of innovation indicators, the level of innovation ability, the efficiency of enterprise innovation resources, location and the influence of industry factors on enterprise innovation ability, etc. The conclusion of analysis and evaluation of innovation ability of innovative enterprises in Liaoning Province is obtained.
