【摘要】：目前精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)已經(jīng)成為醫(yī)學(xué)界的研究熱點(diǎn),美國和我國政府先后啟動了精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)科研項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃與部署。然而,中美精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)在概念、目標(biāo)及主要內(nèi)容等方面存在差異。由于我國的基本國情及疾病譜與美國存在差異,因此,我國的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)概念更為廣泛,在分子生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上,還應(yīng)將我國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)納入精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)的范疇。同時(shí),我國的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)以提高醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)為目標(biāo),旨在建立世界一流的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究平臺和保障體系,研發(fā)一系列具有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的臨床藥物及醫(yī)療設(shè)備,進(jìn)一步加快推進(jìn)我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制和醫(yī)療模式改革。在借鑒美國精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),更需結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況,探索具有中國特色的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)之路。
