【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,“創(chuàng)新”一詞成為日漸活躍的一個詞匯。越來越多的國家意識到,創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為知識經(jīng)濟時代的標(biāo)志和社會發(fā)展的根基,這不僅是全球企業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的共識,也是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟經(jīng)歷了近30年的高速增長,尤其是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展使中國躋身世界工業(yè)大國和貿(mào)易大國的行列,成為推動世界經(jīng)濟的重要力量。然而,中國作為制造業(yè)大國卻處在全球價值鏈分工體系的最底端,產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力相當(dāng)薄弱,在國際競爭中處于非常被動的地位。要改變這種局面就必須提高我國企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力。那么,研究影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要因素,進(jìn)而探求提升產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的有效措施,就具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。本文將基于系統(tǒng)性研究視角,從企業(yè)自身和外部環(huán)境兩個方面來考察影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要因素,揭示不同企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為的差異性,從而探索有效的提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的建議及措施。 本文首先結(jié)合前人的研究成果將影響我國企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的因素劃分為企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素和外部環(huán)境因素,并就兩類因素對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響機制進(jìn)行了定性分析。然后,根據(jù)哲學(xué)辯證唯物主義思想,內(nèi)因是引起事物發(fā)展變化的根本原因,所以本文首先利用2007-2011年我國工業(yè)行業(yè)的中觀數(shù)據(jù),采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型研究了影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要內(nèi)部因素,并借鑒《知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和美國經(jīng)濟》報告中專利密集度的定義將工業(yè)行業(yè)劃分成高、中、低密集型三組進(jìn)行了分組研究。這里的“企業(yè)”并不是具體到某個企業(yè),而是一大類企業(yè)的代表。最后,為了更加全面、深入地研究影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要因素,本文在內(nèi)部影響因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上又引入外部環(huán)境因素,并利用2011年我國工業(yè)39個大類行業(yè)及下轄的191個中類行業(yè)的層級數(shù)據(jù),采用多層線性模型同時研究了影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)部因素和外部因素,并對外部因素如何影響內(nèi)部因素作了進(jìn)一步的探索和分析。 實證結(jié)果表明：企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素是影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主導(dǎo)因素,但外部環(huán)境因素的作用也是不容忽視的。具體地,企業(yè)內(nèi)部因素中RD人員投入、RD資金投入、企業(yè)利潤率、企業(yè)負(fù)債情況、企業(yè)規(guī)模、出口因素等和外部環(huán)境因素中政府資金支持、知識溢出、市場集中度、外商投資參與度等因素對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有顯著影響。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),知識溢出和市場競爭程度會弱化利潤率與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間的正向關(guān)聯(lián),市場競爭還會弱化出口因素與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間的負(fù)向關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, the word "innovation" has become an increasingly active word.More and more countries realize that innovation has become the symbol of the era of knowledge economy and the foundation of social development, which is not only the consensus of the global business and academic circles, but also the key to the economic development of our country.Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has experienced a rapid growth for nearly 30 years, especially the rapid development of the tertiary industry, which makes China one of the largest industrial and trading countries in the world, and has become an important force in promoting the world economy.However, as a large manufacturing country, China is at the bottom of the global value chain division system, and its industrial innovation ability is very weak, and it is in a very passive position in the international competition.To change this situation, we must improve the technological innovation ability of our enterprises.Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the main factors affecting technological innovation and to explore the effective measures to improve the performance of industrial innovation.From the perspective of systematic research, this paper will examine the main factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises from two aspects: the enterprises themselves and the external environment, and reveal the differences of technological innovation behaviors of different enterprises.In order to explore the effective improvement of technological innovation capacity of the recommendations and measures.In this paper, the factors that affect the technological innovation of Chinese enterprises are divided into internal factors and external environmental factors, and the influence mechanism of the two kinds of factors on the technological innovation of enterprises is analyzed qualitatively.Then, according to the philosophical dialectical materialism thought, the internal cause is the fundamental cause of the development and change of things, so this paper first uses the mesoscopic data of China's industrial industry from 2007 to 2011.Using panel data model, this paper studies the main internal factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises, and uses the definition of patent intensity in intellectual property right and American economy report to divide the industrial industry into high and medium.Three groups of low-intensive groups were divided into groups.The "enterprise" here is not a specific enterprise, but a representative of a large category of enterprises.Finally, in order to study the main factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises more comprehensively and deeply, this paper introduces the external environmental factors on the basis of the analysis of the internal influencing factors.Using the hierarchical data of 39 major industries and 191 middle industries in China in 2011, the internal and external factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises are studied by using the multilayer linear model.And how external factors affect the internal factors for further exploration and analysis.The empirical results show that the internal factors are the dominant factors that influence the technological innovation of enterprises, but the external environmental factors can not be ignored.Specifically, among the internal factors of the enterprise, R D personnel input R D capital input, enterprise profit rate, enterprise debt situation, enterprise size, export factors and external environmental factors, such as government capital support, knowledge spillover, market concentration, etc.Foreign investment participation and other factors have a significant impact on enterprise technological innovation.Further research shows that knowledge spillover and market competition will weaken the positive correlation between profit margin and technological innovation, and market competition will weaken the negative correlation between export factors and technological innovation.
