制度鄰近、技術(shù)鄰近與產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效——基于產(chǎn)學(xué)聯(lián)合專利數(shù)據(jù)的研究

【摘要】:基于鄰近性的視角,利用國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局專利檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫提供的產(chǎn)學(xué)聯(lián)合申請并授權(quán)的發(fā)明專利數(shù)據(jù),采用負(fù)二項(xiàng)式回歸分析方法,實(shí)證分析了企業(yè)和大學(xué)之間的多維鄰近性對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的影響,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注制度鄰近與技術(shù)鄰近的影響,以及地理鄰近與技術(shù)鄰近之間是否存在交互作用。研究得出如下主要結(jié)論:企業(yè)和大學(xué)之間的制度鄰近對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的促進(jìn)作用并不顯著;技術(shù)鄰近對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效的影響是倒U型的,且這種倒U形關(guān)系受到地理鄰近的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用;與一般預(yù)期不一致的是,研究結(jié)果顯示地理距離并不會(huì)負(fù)向影響產(chǎn)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新績效。
[Abstract]:Based on the proximity perspective, the invention patent data provided by the patent retrieval database of the State intellectual property Office are used in negative binomial regression analysis.This paper empirically analyzes the influence of multi-dimensional proximity between enterprises and universities on the performance of collaborative innovation in production and learning, focusing on the influence of institutional proximity and technological proximity, as well as whether there is interaction between geographical proximity and technological proximity.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: institutional proximity between enterprises and universities is not significant in promoting the performance of synergetic innovation in production and learning, and the influence of technological proximity on the performance of collaborative innovation in industry and learning is inverted U-shaped.Moreover, the inverted U-shaped relationship is negatively regulated by geographical proximity, and contrary to the general expectation, the results show that geographical distance does not negatively affect the innovation performance.
