【摘要】:中小企業(yè)在當前信息變幻、市場競爭、多元動態(tài)的國際國內(nèi)競爭環(huán)境中,在國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中日益發(fā)揮著經(jīng)濟的推動、就業(yè)的緩解、市場的活力等功能與成效。然而綜觀當前中小企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中作用彰顯的同時,,其生命力能否持續(xù)就愈發(fā)重要。公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的航標,亦是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的原動力,因此本文以GXSY公司為實例,以理論與實踐相統(tǒng)一、分析與綜合相結(jié)合、歷時與共時相滲透的分析與考察方法,探究GXSY公司的發(fā)展方向與可能,并制定公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略實施的措施。 GXSY公司是一個產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)更新較快的化工新材料企業(yè),對該公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究擬分為六個部分,首先就研究背景及意義做出梳理,在查閱相關(guān)文獻與書籍基礎(chǔ)上厘清國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并明確研究思路與方法、研究的內(nèi)容與框架;第二對GXSY公司發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實環(huán)境進行分析,以PEST分析法對公司宏觀環(huán)境(經(jīng)濟、法律、社會、經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)、技術(shù))進行分析,審視其行業(yè)環(huán)境(行業(yè)市場、潛在利弊、行業(yè)主體),再以波特五競爭模型對競爭環(huán)境(當前競爭對手、潛在競爭對手、競爭環(huán)境總體分析)進行分析;第三對GXSY公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)部條件進行分析,對GXSY運營能力(人力資源能力、技術(shù)資源能力、銷售資源能力)加以解析,從而對GXSY公司內(nèi)部條件進行SWOT審視;第四對GXSY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案進行分析與選擇,在戰(zhàn)略目標確立的基礎(chǔ)上,制定戰(zhàn)略方案,并進行戰(zhàn)略匹配度考察,以期制定合適并可行的公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案;第五對GXSY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案實施的保障條件與措施進行評估與制定,在確定公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施的保障條件基礎(chǔ)上,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化、人才資源的提升、資金管控的強化、專業(yè)技術(shù)的升級、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護五個方面提出實施對策措施;最后就研究總體做出結(jié)論總結(jié)、局限反思及未來展望。研究方法上綜合運用理論與實踐相統(tǒng)一、分析與綜合相結(jié)合、歷時與共時相滲透的方法,以全方位解讀GXSY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定與實現(xiàn)可能。
[Abstract]:In the current information changing, market competition, multi-dynamic international and domestic competition environment, small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly playing the role and effect of economic promotion, employment relief, market vitality and so on in the national economic development.However, while the role of SMEs in the national economy is evident, the vitality of SMEs becomes more and more important.The development strategy of the company is not only the navigation mark for the survival and development of the enterprise, but also the motive force for the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper takes GXSY Company as an example, unifies theory and practice, and combines analysis and synthesis.The analysis and investigation method of diachronic and synchronic infiltration, explore the development direction and possibility of GXSY Company, and formulate the development strategy of the company and the measures to implement the strategy.GXSY Company is a new chemical material enterprise with rapid product and technology renewal. The research on its development strategy is divided into six parts. Firstly, the research background and significance are combed.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and books, this paper clarifies the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research ideas and methods, contents and framework of the research. Secondly, it analyzes the real environment of the development of GXSY Company, and uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of the company.Legal, social, economic, ecological, technological) analysis, examine its industry environment (industry market, potential advantages and disadvantages, industry main body, then Porter five competitive model of the competitive environment (current competitors, potential competitors),The third is the analysis of the internal conditions of the development of GXSY, and the analysis of the GXSY operation capability (human resources, technical resources, sales resources).In order to examine the internal conditions of GXSY Company by SWOT, the fourth is to analyze and select the development strategy plan of GXSY Company, and on the basis of the establishment of strategic objectives, to formulate the strategic plan, and to investigate the degree of strategic matching.In order to formulate appropriate and feasible company development strategy plan; fifth, to evaluate and formulate the guarantee conditions and measures for the implementation of the GXSY company development strategy plan, on the basis of determining the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the company development strategy,From the optimization of organizational structure, the promotion of human resources, the strengthening of capital control, the upgrading of professional technology, the protection of intellectual property rights, the paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures.In the research method, the integrated application of theory and practice, the combination of analysis and synthesis, the diachronic and synchronic infiltration method are used to interpret the environmental analysis of GXSY company's development strategy and the possibility of strategy formulation and realization.
