【摘要】：近年來,我國種業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)生了深刻的變化。為了更好地服務(wù)現(xiàn)代種業(yè)發(fā)展,種子質(zhì)量監(jiān)管的工作思路與方式需要與時俱進(jìn)。分析了當(dāng)前質(zhì)量監(jiān)管工作中遇到的主要問題,結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革對種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響和《種子法》對種子監(jiān)督管理的新規(guī)定,提出了種子質(zhì)量監(jiān)管工作的新思路、新建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China's seed industry has undergone profound changes. In order to better serve the development of modern seed industry, the ideas and methods of seed quality supervision need to keep pace with the times. This paper analyzes the main problems encountered in the current quality supervision work, combines the influence of the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture on the structure of the planting industry and the new regulation of seed supervision and management by the seed Law, and puts forward a new idea of the seed quality supervision work. A new proposal.
