【摘要】：正日前,根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定,吉林省物價局制定了《吉林省城市供熱定價成本監(jiān)審辦法(試行)》,該辦法于12月1日起正式實施。根據(jù)辦法規(guī)定,不得計入供熱定價成本的費用包括:非持續(xù)、非正常經(jīng)營活動發(fā)生的費用;固定資產(chǎn)盤虧、毀損、閑置和出售的凈損失,滯納金、違約金、罰款和公益性捐贈、公益廣告、公益宣傳費用;經(jīng)營者過度購置固定資產(chǎn)所增加的支
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, according to the relevant regulations, Jilin Provincial Price Bureau formulated the "Jilin Province City heating pricing cost Supervision and examination (trial)", which was formally implemented on December 1. According to the regulations, the expenses that may not be included in the heating pricing costs include: the expenses incurred in non-continuous and abnormal business activities; the net loss of fixed assets lost, damaged, idle and sold; the late payment, liquidated damages, fines, and public welfare donations; A public service advertisement; an increase in the operator's overpurchase of fixed assets.
