【摘要】：新修訂的《民辦教育促進(jìn)法》將于今年9月1日正式實(shí)施。原先法律中缺失的一些問(wèn)題得到明確,一些爭(zhēng)議較大的問(wèn)題得到突破,由此帶來(lái)一些貫徹落實(shí)新法具體的問(wèn)題。貫徹落實(shí)《民辦教育促進(jìn)法》新法,必須從國(guó)家對(duì)民辦學(xué)校發(fā)展的要求和目標(biāo)出發(fā),從民辦學(xué)校發(fā)展的實(shí)際和階段出發(fā),全面理解,細(xì)心領(lǐng)會(huì)。要正確區(qū)分營(yíng)利性和非營(yíng)利性民辦學(xué)校,消除落實(shí)中的誤區(qū),加強(qiáng)地方政府政策創(chuàng)新,發(fā)揮各界智慧,解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)民辦學(xué)校健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The newly revised Law on the Promotion of Private Education will be formally implemented on September 1 this year. Some problems that are missing in the original law have been clarified, and some controversial issues have been broken through, which has brought about some specific problems in carrying out the new law. To carry out the new law, we must proceed from the requirements and goals of the development of the private schools, proceed from the reality and stage of the development of the private schools, fully understand and understand carefully. It is necessary to correctly distinguish profit-making and non-profit private schools, eliminate misunderstandings in implementation, strengthen the innovation of local government policies, bring into full play the wisdom of all circles, solve practical problems, and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of private schools.
