【摘要】：正《促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化法》從1996年頒布實施以來,對完善體制機(jī)制、促進(jìn)科技成果向現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力的轉(zhuǎn)化發(fā)揮了重要作用。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和完善,科技與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合日益緊密,科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的形勢發(fā)生了很大變化。因此,修訂《促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化法》,建立和完善適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求的成果轉(zhuǎn)化制度,具有重要意義。2015年8月29日,新修訂的《促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化法》通過十二屆全國人大常委會第十六次會議審議,并于2015年10
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation and implementation of the Law on promoting the Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements in 1996, it has played an important role in perfecting the institutional mechanism and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productive forces.With the establishment and perfection of socialist market economic system in China, the combination of science and technology and economy is becoming closer and closer, and the situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements has changed greatly.Therefore, it is of great significance to revise the Law on the Promotion of Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements and to establish and improve the system for the transformation of achievements adapted to the needs of economic and social development.The newly revised Law on promoting the Transformation of Scientific and technological achievements was deliberated by the 16th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress and was held in October 2015.
