【摘要】：進入改革開放以后,無論是有關經(jīng)濟格局還是社會體制方面,以及在利益分配和人們的思想觀念等多方面都產(chǎn)生了較為深刻的巨大變化。而伴隨著和諧社會理念在國內外的倡導與推廣,行政調解制度在如今的經(jīng)濟和社會生活中,愈發(fā)的成為了行政主體解決矛盾糾紛的重要手段之一。由此,本課題的研究有著極其重要的理論價值和實踐意義。本文從行政調解制度的基本理論入手,分析了行政調解的基本內涵,并與相關概念進行了比較分析,同時對我國行政調解制度的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題及成因進行了闡釋,并通過對不同國家和地區(qū)的行政調解制度進行的比較分析,考察其優(yōu)缺點,以期為我國行政調解制度的完善提供參考。
[Abstract]:After entering the reform and opening up, whether it is about the economic pattern or the social system, As well as in the distribution of interests and people's ideas and other aspects have produced more profound changes, and along with the concept of a harmonious society at home and abroad advocacy and promotion, the administrative mediation system in today's economic and social life, Therefore, the research of this subject has very important theoretical value and practical significance. This paper starts with the basic theory of administrative mediation system. This paper analyzes the basic connotation of administrative mediation, and compares it with related concepts. At the same time, it explains the present situation, existing problems and causes of the administrative mediation system in China. Through the comparative analysis of the administrative mediation system in different countries and regions, the advantages and disadvantages of the administrative mediation system are investigated in order to provide reference for the perfection of the administrative mediation system in our country.
