【摘要】：近年來,由于協(xié)助執(zhí)法人員引起公共事件、公共問題"層出不窮",人們常常把注意力放在臨時工是否具備"執(zhí)法"權(quán)力的問題上,沒有從根本上真正解決"協(xié)助執(zhí)法"引發(fā)的相關(guān)問題,從而導(dǎo)致的公共問題仍"不絕于耳"。文章認為,協(xié)助執(zhí)法人員引起的公共問題是一個表面現(xiàn)象,其實質(zhì)在于,對"協(xié)助執(zhí)法"人員組織管理出現(xiàn)了問題,有很多的人力資源管理問題沒有得到根本解決。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as public issues have "sprung up" as a result of assisting law enforcement officials in causing public events, attention has often been focused on the question of whether temporary workers have "law enforcement" powers.
