【摘要】：2013年9月,湖北省在全國率先出臺了《領導干部經(jīng)濟責任問責暫行辦法》,2015年7月又推出了《湖北省領導干部經(jīng)濟責任問責暫行辦法實施細則》,這是實踐中對經(jīng)濟責任行政問責制度建立的積極嘗試。文章將從理論上通過委托代理理論的視角對經(jīng)濟責任行政問責做另一種積極探索,以期厘清經(jīng)濟責任行政問責的內(nèi)涵,還原其宏觀的委托代理和問責鏈條,并從中找到一些啟發(fā)。希望這一探索能對推動我國經(jīng)濟責任行政問責實踐的有序健康發(fā)展提供一些理論支持。
[Abstract]:In September 2013, Hubei province took the lead in the introduction of the "economic responsibility of leading cadres accountability Interim Measures", launched in July 2015 and the "Hubei province leading cadres of economic responsibility rules for the implementation of the Interim Measures of accountability to ask, this is a positive attempt in the practice of administrative accountability system to establish economic responsibility. The paper will theoretically by using the principal-agent theory from the perspective of economic responsibility of administrative accountability to do another active exploration, in order to clarify the responsibility of economic administrative accountability connotation, reducing the principal-agent macro and accountability chain, and find some inspiration from. I hope this exploration can provide some theoretical support to promote the orderly and healthy development of economic responsibility administration in our country to ask the practice of accountability.
