我國(guó)食品安全犯罪刑事司法對(duì)策研究

【摘要】：中國(guó)有一句古話"民以食為天"。食品安全問(wèn)題在任何時(shí)候都至關(guān)重要,都要予以高度重視。食品安全,一方面關(guān)乎民眾身體健康,另一方面影響著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。本文認(rèn)為對(duì)我國(guó)食品安全犯罪對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,不僅是發(fā)揮刑法的作用有效打擊食品安全違法犯罪的迫切需要,同時(shí)也是促進(jìn)我國(guó)刑法學(xué)完善的需要。
[Abstract]:There is an old saying in China, "the people take food as a day." Food safety issues are critical at all times and must be given high priority. Food safety, on the one hand, is related to the health of the people, on the other hand, affects the development of the national economy and social stability. This paper holds that the study on the countermeasures of food safety crime in China is not only the urgent need to play the role of criminal law in effectively combating the illegal crime of food safety, but also the need to promote the perfection of the criminal law in our country.
