【摘要】：職務(wù)犯罪是國(guó)家權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)的寄生物,特指公職人員利用公權(quán)實(shí)施的違法行為。遏制職務(wù)犯罪要求與時(shí)俱進(jìn),優(yōu)化工作思路,銳意創(chuàng)新,強(qiáng)化責(zé)任意識(shí),緊緊圍繞建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉業(yè),理性把握職務(wù)犯罪規(guī)律,以人為本、標(biāo)本兼治、預(yù)防為主,在法律和制度創(chuàng)新中,著力于公權(quán)法律和制度制約與監(jiān)控。
[Abstract]:Duty crime is the parasite of the state power organ, especially refers to the illegal behavior that the public official uses the public power to carry out. The containment of duty crime requires keeping pace with the times, optimizing working ideas, innovating with determination, strengthening the sense of responsibility, focusing closely on the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, rationally grasping the law of duty crime, putting people first, treating both the root and the root of the disease, and giving priority to prevention. In the innovation of law and system, we focus on the restriction and monitoring of public power law and system.
