【摘要】：隨著國家科技水平的提升,犯罪人員的犯罪方式也逐漸科技化,這在很大程度上提升了辦案、破案的難度,而采用瀆職犯罪關聯(lián)案件并案偵查制度可有效的提升辦案的力度�；诖�,文章首先介紹了瀆職犯罪關聯(lián)案件并案偵查制度的概念,進而分析了目前瀆職犯罪關聯(lián)案件并案偵查制度存在的問題,最后根據(jù)問題和實際情況,提出了切實有效的改善措施,旨在促使瀆職犯罪關聯(lián)案件并案偵查制度更好的配合公安機關進行案件調查,確保司法辦案的順利。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of national scientific and technological level, the criminal way of crime is becoming more and more scientific and technological, which to a great extent raises the difficulty of handling cases and solving cases, and adopting the system of joint investigation of related cases of dereliction of duty can effectively enhance the strength of handling cases. Based on this, the paper first introduces the concept of the investigation system of the related cases of dereliction of duty, and then analyzes the problems existing in the investigation system of the related cases of dereliction of duty. Finally, according to the problems and the actual situation, This paper puts forward effective improvement measures to promote the system of investigation of cases related to dereliction of duty to cooperate with the public security organs to carry out case investigation and to ensure the smooth handling of judicial cases.
