【摘要】：本文通過對T市某區(qū)近5年查辦的職務(wù)犯罪案件進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)"微腐敗"案件所占比重大、案發(fā)頻繁、危害嚴重,本文通過對相關(guān)案件的研究,總結(jié)了"微腐敗"案件的特點、發(fā)案原因,并根據(jù)實際制定出了預(yù)防對策,希望能夠?qū)υ擃惏讣慕鉀Q和預(yù)防提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the duty crime cases investigated in a certain district of T city in recent five years, it is found that the cases of "micro-corruption" occupy a large proportion, occur frequently, and cause serious harm. This paper summarizes the characteristics and causes of "micro-corruption" cases, and draws up the preventive countermeasures according to the actual situation, hoping to provide reference for the solution and prevention of this kind of cases.
