【摘要】：近年來隨著社會(huì)的變遷和發(fā)展,我國同性性侵案件也逐步增多,女性性侵女性,男性性侵男性的案件也屢見不鮮。這類案件給社會(huì)帶來的惡劣影響遠(yuǎn)比我們想象的還要嚴(yán)重,給受害者的身體和心理造成極大的傷害。同性性侵問題的日益嚴(yán)重,反映出我國法律在這方面的空白,我國刑法在保護(hù)性權(quán)利上的缺失,在實(shí)踐中嚴(yán)重影響這類案件的處理,本文通過對(duì)同性性侵行為的分析,完善我國法律規(guī)定,從而達(dá)到對(duì)這種犯罪行為的遏制,用法律來打擊這種犯罪現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change and development of the society, the cases of sex invasion in China have gradually increased. The cases of female sex invasion and male sex abuse are also common. This kind of cases is much worse than we imagined, causing great harm to the body and mind of the victims. Serious, reflecting the blank of our law in this respect, the lack of our criminal law in the protection of the rights, in practice seriously affect the handling of such cases, this article through the analysis of homosexual aggression, improve the legal provisions of our country, so as to achieve the containment of this kind of criminal behavior, and use the law to combat this kind of crime.
