【摘要】：本文是從社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)一步加劇這一現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),試圖對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)刑法下的現(xiàn)實(shí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,以期為刑法迎合時(shí)代的發(fā)展做出力所能及的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This article is from the social risk further aggravation this present situation, attempts to carry on the research to the risk criminal law under the realistic risk, then proposes the corresponding risk control measure, in order to make the criminal law to cater to the times development to make the contribution which can do.
