【摘要】：科學技術是第一生產(chǎn)力,技術創(chuàng)新是一個國家、社會興旺發(fā)達的動力源泉,創(chuàng)新程度好壞的衡量標準就是知識產(chǎn)權水平的高低以及對于知識產(chǎn)權保護力度的大小。在全面推進依法治國、建設社會主義法治國家的政治背景下,在國家倡導"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的經(jīng)濟背景下,在社會不斷鼓勵創(chuàng)新的今天,加強對于知識產(chǎn)權的保護當然成為其應有之意。隨著近幾年國家對于知識產(chǎn)權保護力度的不斷加大,以及有關知識產(chǎn)權的法律、法規(guī)的不斷出臺及完善,中國在知識產(chǎn)權保護的道路上不斷向前邁進,當然這其中也包括刑法對于知識產(chǎn)權的保護。
[Abstract]:Science and technology are the primary productive forces, and technological innovation is the source of power for the prosperity of a country and society. The measure of the degree of innovation is the level of intellectual property and the strength of intellectual property protection. Under the political background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law, we advocate "mass entrepreneurship" in the country. Under the economic background of "numerous innovations," today, when society is constantly encouraging innovation, it is of course necessary to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. With the increasing intensity of the state's protection of intellectual property rights in recent years, With the enactment and perfection of laws and regulations on intellectual property, China is constantly advancing on the road of intellectual property protection, which also includes the protection of intellectual property rights in criminal law.
