【摘要】：經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展的今天,金融行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的重要部分,能夠推動并促進其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展。加之人們對金融知識感興趣,渴望了解和享受金融服務(wù),使犯罪分子的目標鎖定在金融業(yè)詐騙上,并隨著金融業(yè)的發(fā)展而不斷發(fā)展,詐騙金額巨大,詐騙技術(shù)不斷更新,作案手段隱蔽。事實證明,金融詐騙行為的存在損害了人們的利益,嚴重阻礙了經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,擾亂了市場經(jīng)濟秩序。通過對金融詐騙概念的闡述、普及金融知識的重要性及對金融詐騙的防范措施三個方面的論證,進一步說明提高社會公眾整體金融素質(zhì)、金融風險意識、金融法治意識和誠信觀念,提高對金融詐騙的認識,有利于打擊與防范金融詐騙,提高金融效率,推動金融創(chuàng)新,維護經(jīng)濟秩序。
[Abstract]:Today with the rapid development of economy, the financial industry has become an indispensable part in people's lives, to promote and promote the development of other industries. And the people on the financial knowledge of interest, desire to understand and enjoy the financial services, so that criminals targeting financial fraud, and with the development of the financial industry and the continuous development a huge amount of fraud, fraud, constantly updated technology, methods of crime concealment. In fact, financial fraud has damaged the interests of the people, seriously hindered the development of economy, disrupt the market economic order. Based on the concept of financial fraud illustrates the three aspects of financial literacy and the importance of financial fraud prevention measures the demonstration, further improve the public financial quality, awareness of financial risks, financial awareness of the rule of law and the concept of integrity, to improve the understanding of financial fraud, It is beneficial to combat and prevent financial fraud, improve financial efficiency, promote financial innovation and maintain economic order.
