【摘要】：憲政是中國近百年來國家建設的不懈追求。由于我們對憲政的理解以及外在社會政治環(huán)境等諸因素的影響,憲政在我們的社會和政治生活中并非很近,甚至漸遠。造成憲政追求困境的因素多樣,文章以憲政意涵和模式為出發(fā)點來分析中國近代憲政追求的困境。
[Abstract]:Constitutionalism is the unremitting pursuit of China's national construction in the past hundred years. Because of our understanding of constitutionalism and the influence of external social and political environment, constitutionalism is not very close in our social and political life, or even far away. There are various factors that cause the predicament of constitutionalism pursuit. The article analyzes the predicament of Chinese modern constitutionalism pursuit from the point of view of constitutionalism meaning and mode.
