【摘要】：人權(quán)問(wèn)題成為十八大以來(lái)受到社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注的一個(gè)重要話題,目前理論界對(duì)少數(shù)民族人權(quán)的研究多集中在某一項(xiàng)具體權(quán)利上,而對(duì)少數(shù)民族人權(quán)的權(quán)利構(gòu)成和邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)理論研究工作仍然非常薄弱,目前理論界還拿不出一套能夠被大家公認(rèn)的少數(shù)民族人權(quán)譜系,這一現(xiàn)狀對(duì)開展更深入的理論研究和實(shí)踐工作都是極為不利的。需要在對(duì)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)兩套人權(quán)譜系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上,吸取已有研究的理論精華,按照全新的邏輯思路,提煉出一套關(guān)于我國(guó)少數(shù)民族人權(quán)的更加科學(xué)合理、便于宣講和應(yīng)用的新譜系。
[Abstract]:The issue of human rights has become an important topic of widespread social concern since the 18th National Congress of the National people's Congress. At present, the theoretical research on the human rights of ethnic minorities has focused on a specific right. However, the basic theoretical research on the composition and logical structure of the human rights of ethnic minorities is still very weak. At present, the theoretical circle has not yet come up with a pedigree of minority human rights that can be recognized by all. This situation is extremely disadvantageous to carry out deeper theoretical research and practical work. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two sets of human rights genealogy at home and abroad, and drawing on the theoretical essence of the existing studies, and according to the new logical thinking, we should extract a set of more scientific and reasonable ideas on the human rights of ethnic minorities in our country, A new pedigree that is easy to preach and apply.
