【摘要】：正近年的"憲政"之爭已經(jīng)有一段時(shí)間。憲政這個(gè)詞有其字面含義,也有歷史含義和一些人在中國輿論場(chǎng)上自造的含義。它的字面含義同法治、依法治國、依憲治國等很接近,它們彼此的細(xì)微差別對(duì)普通人來說并不具有政治意義。因此,前段時(shí)間可能有一些人是從推進(jìn)法治的善意角度,強(qiáng)調(diào)憲政。然而還有另一些人,他們只認(rèn)憲政,貶低依法治國。他們經(jīng)常在強(qiáng)調(diào)憲政的時(shí)候,把堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放到對(duì)立面,從而逐漸形成憲政之下的特有含
[Abstract]:The term "constitutionalism" has its literal meaning, as well as its historical meaning and the meaning that some people have created by themselves in the field of public opinion in China. Its literal meaning is the same as the rule of law and governing the country according to law. Constitutionalism is very close, and their nuances are not political for ordinary people. So there may have been some of them in the good faith of advancing the rule of law some time ago. However, there are others who only recognize constitutionalism and belittle the rule of law. When they emphasize constitutionalism, they often put the leadership of the party on the opposite side, thus gradually forming the unique content of constitutionalism.
