【摘要】：成渝城市群聚集了川渝地區(qū)80%的科技實(shí)力和79.46%的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值，是川渝兩地乃至西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的引擎，是川渝兩省市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心主體，是國家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略布局中重要增長極和核心支撐區(qū)。成渝城市群的發(fā)展得到了政府和學(xué)術(shù)界的高度關(guān)注。本文試從區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度，對成渝城市群的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。 本文首先根據(jù)幾個條件把所研究的成渝城市群的范圍進(jìn)行了界定，接下來運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和歷史資料，對成渝城市群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀，優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚情況等多方面進(jìn)行了深入分析，認(rèn)為成渝城市群具有明顯的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，包括經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力雄厚、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)堅實(shí)、城市化水平較高等。但也存在著城市等級規(guī)模不合理，中等城市數(shù)量少、發(fā)展水平低，小城市發(fā)展滯后，缺少專業(yè)化城鎮(zhèn)等問題，并指出在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)過程中，所存在的不足之處；通過對成渝城市群自身發(fā)展與全國平均水平進(jìn)行比較，得知成渝城市群整體發(fā)展較為落后，無論是三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動生產(chǎn)率還是三次產(chǎn)業(yè)所解決的就業(yè)人口而言，，都低于全國平均水平。其次，運(yùn)用相關(guān)系數(shù)和區(qū)位商法，對成渝城市群內(nèi)各城市的三次產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部層次和專門化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析評估，得出成渝城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢，各產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部不平衡，工業(yè)在成渝各城市發(fā)展不平衡等結(jié)論，同時對成渝城市群總體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行了評價。接下來，針對本文前面研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，提出相關(guān)對策建議，一方面是對產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和合理布局的途徑探索與設(shè)想，并且細(xì)分了農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)加以闡釋，另一方面為加快城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出了保障措施和建議。
[Abstract]:The Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has gathered 80% of the scientific and technological strength and 79.46% of the gross domestic product of Sichuan and Chongqing, which is the engine of the rapid economic development of Sichuan and Chongqing as well as the western region, and the core body of the economic development of Sichuan and Chongqing provinces and cities. It is an important growth pole and core support area in the strategic layout of national western development. The development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has been highly concerned by the government and academia. This paper tries to study the development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from the angle of coordinated development of regional industry. This paper first defines the scope of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration according to several conditions, and then uses statistical data and historical data to analyze the development status, three industrial development process, the present situation and the advantage industry present situation of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and then use statistical data and historical data to analyze the development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. This paper analyzes the situation of industrial agglomeration and concludes that Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has obvious regional advantages, including strong economic strength, solid industrial foundation and high level of urbanization. However, there are also some problems such as unreasonable scale of city grade, small number of medium cities, low level of development, lagging development of small cities, lack of specialized towns and so on, and points out the shortcomings in the process of industrial structure evolution. By comparing the development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration with the national average level, it is found that the overall development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is relatively backward, whether it is the third industrial structure, the labor productivity or the employed population solved by the tertiary industries. Are below the national average. Secondly, by using the correlation coefficient and location quotient method, this paper analyzes and evaluates the three industrial levels and specialized industries in the cities of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and draws the conclusion that the industrial development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is slow and the internal industry is unbalanced. At the same time, the coordination of the overall industrial development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is evaluated. Then, in view of the problems found in the previous study, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. On the one hand, it explores and conceives the ways of coordinated development and rational distribution of industry, and explains the subdivision of agriculture, industry and service industry. On the other hand, to accelerate the coordinated development of urban agglomeration industry put forward the safeguard measures and suggestions.
