【摘要】：制定中華人民共和國(guó)民法典是依法治國(guó)、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家的一項(xiàng)宏大的基礎(chǔ)工程 ,目前 ,立法專家與民商法學(xué)者正緊鑼密鼓地籌備民法典的起草和編撰工作 ,這標(biāo)志著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、法制建設(shè)以及法學(xué)研究已經(jīng)發(fā)展到一個(gè)相當(dāng)?shù)某潭�。為使我�?guó)民法典達(dá)成 2 1世紀(jì)世界民法典的代表之目的 ,我們擬以“中國(guó)民法典的理性與科學(xué)性”為主題開辟專欄 ,為各位專家、學(xué)者提供一個(gè)探討的舞臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The formulation of the Civil Code of the people's Republic of China is a grand basic project for governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law. At present, legislative experts and civil and commercial jurists are preparing for the drafting and compilation of the Civil Code. This marks our country market economy, legal system construction and legal research have developed to a considerable degree. In order to achieve the purpose of representing the world civil code in the 21st century, we intend to open up a special column on the theme of "rationality and scientificity of the Chinese Civil Code", which provides a stage for all experts and scholars to explore.
