[Abstract]:An Inquiry into the legal system of Inland River Transport Chen Ming, the introduction of the "Maritime Law of the people's Republic of China" was discussed and passed by the standing Committee of the National people's Congress in April 1993, which has an important legal basis for the adjustment of maritime transport relations.However, as one of the three modes of water transportation (ocean transport, coastal transport, inland water transport), inland water transport has been regarded by many maritime law experts.
