【摘要】：正2017年1月11日,國務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議討論通過《殘疾預(yù)防和殘疾人康復(fù)條例》(以下簡稱《條例》),標(biāo)志著我國殘疾預(yù)防和殘疾人康復(fù)事業(yè)邁入依法推進(jìn)的新的歷史時(shí)期。學(xué)習(xí)貫徹好《條例》對(duì)于加快改善殘疾人康復(fù)狀況,推進(jìn)我國殘疾預(yù)防和殘疾人康復(fù)事業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有重大意義。1《條例》的制定過程2006年,《中國殘疾人事業(yè)"十一五"發(fā)展綱要》首次提出"制定殘疾人康復(fù)條例"。2008年,中國殘聯(lián)啟動(dòng)《條
[Abstract]:On January 11, 2017, the standing meeting of the State Council discussed and adopted the regulations on Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), marking a new historical period in which the cause of disability prevention and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities has entered a new historical period promoted according to law.
