【摘要】：在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的時代,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對社會大眾來說,早已不是一個陌生的概念。越來越多的人已經(jīng)或者正在體驗著由知識帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而由此衍生出的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)問題,在當(dāng)代社會也變成了一項重要議題。然而不可否認(rèn)的是,公眾對于保護(hù)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的概念仍然處于一種模糊的意識狀態(tài)。大多數(shù)人對于知識產(chǎn)權(quán)這個概念,也僅僅停留于"聽說過",而真正懂得保護(hù)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的民眾少之又少。市場主體在經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和價格因素的驅(qū)動下,往往無視知識產(chǎn)權(quán),只顧追逐經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。所以,提高全民知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)意識在當(dāng)代顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:In the era of high-speed development of knowledge economy, intellectual property has long been a strange concept to the public. More and more people have or are experiencing the economic benefits brought by knowledge, and the intellectual property protection has become an important issue in contemporary society. However, it is undeniable that the concept of intellectual property protection is still in a vague state of consciousness. Most people only have heard of the concept of intellectual property, and few people really know how to protect it. Driven by economic benefits and price factors, market subjects tend to ignore intellectual property rights and only pursue economic benefits. Therefore, it is very important to improve the protection consciousness of intellectual property right of the whole people.
