【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)用一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化合約交易的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)付費(fèi),是一種交易方式的創(chuàng)新,但這種簡(jiǎn)單的交易方式,能否妥當(dāng)處理當(dāng)事人之間服務(wù)合同、消法關(guān)系、著作權(quán)和隱私權(quán)保護(hù)等關(guān)系,還存在法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。知識(shí)付費(fèi)正處于發(fā)展過(guò)程當(dāng)中,對(duì)其進(jìn)行專門的立法還為時(shí)尚早。
[Abstract]:The network platform uses a standardized contract transaction way to realize the knowledge payment, which is an innovation of the transaction mode. However, can this simple transaction method properly handle the service contract between the parties and eliminate the legal relationship?There are also legal risks in the relationship between copyright and privacy protection.Knowledge payment is in the process of development, it is still too early to legislate on it.
