【摘要】：金融租賃起源于20世紀(jì)80年代的改革開(kāi)放初期,其發(fā)展過(guò)程可以分為快速增長(zhǎng)時(shí)期、震蕩和整頓時(shí)期、穩(wěn)定和規(guī)范化時(shí)期以及再次興起時(shí)期四個(gè)階段。如今已經(jīng)逐漸形成較為成熟的發(fā)展模式,但金融租賃仍有兩大問(wèn)題未能解決:所有權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題和債權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題。因此,結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,提出應(yīng)當(dāng)要提高金融租賃公司內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力、完善登記制度以及納入征信系統(tǒng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Financial leasing originated in the early stage of reform and opening up in 1980s, its development process can be divided into the period of rapid growth, shock and rectification period. There are four stages in the period of stabilization and standardization and the period of re-rising. Now the more mature development mode has been gradually formed. However, there are still two major problems in financial leasing: ownership risk and creditor's right risk. Therefore, according to the actual situation of our country, we should improve the internal risk management ability of financial leasing companies. Improve the registration system and the proposal to include the credit system.
