　　本文從模因論的角度探討法律交流模式下的立法語(yǔ)篇的翻譯。將模因概念引入立法語(yǔ)篇的分析就可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，立法語(yǔ)篇也是一種模因。立法語(yǔ)篇的翻譯因此就可視為法律模因根據(jù)道金斯（Dawkins）的自然選擇（即適者生存）的法則下在不同語(yǔ)言間傳播的結(jié)果。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文探討了如何識(shí)別法律模因和相應(yīng)的翻譯方法。本文主要選擇香港證券類法律法規(guī)從模因論的角度進(jìn)行描述說(shuō)明性分析，并輔以適當(dāng)?shù)慕y(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。通過本文的分析，希望使譯者更清楚更全面的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解法律翻譯，能在翻譯過程中自覺地識(shí)別相應(yīng)的模因，并利用模因自我規(guī)范的功能，在法律交流的框架下選擇合適的翻譯策略。
