【摘要】：正農(nóng)民工群體的權(quán)益保護(hù)問題一直以來受到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。其中,勞動(dòng)保護(hù)與工作福利問題關(guān)系到農(nóng)民工群體的生命健康權(quán)與基本生活保障,理應(yīng)受到重視并深入研究。對(duì)此,本文從法律保護(hù)角度出發(fā),結(jié)合農(nóng)民工群體的勞動(dòng)、生活實(shí)踐,探討當(dāng)前農(nóng)民工群體勞動(dòng)保護(hù)與工作福利保障中的不足,并提出若干完善設(shè)想。一、農(nóng)民工群體勞動(dòng)保護(hù)與工作福利保障的不足我國(guó)《勞動(dòng)法》第六章就勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生等內(nèi)容制定了保護(hù)勞動(dòng)者權(quán)益的條款,要求用人
[Abstract]:The protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers has been concerned by all walks of life. Among them, labor protection and work welfare are related to the life and health rights and basic living security of migrant workers, which should be paid attention to and studied deeply. In this paper, from the angle of legal protection, combined with the labor and life practice of migrant workers, this paper probes into the shortcomings of labor protection and job welfare protection of migrant workers, and puts forward some perfect ideas. 1. The shortage of labor protection and welfare protection for migrant workers. Chapter VI of the Labor Law of our country sets out the provisions to protect the rights and interests of workers, and requires the employment of workers.
