【摘要】： 自從加入WTO到現(xiàn)在,特別是從2007年起到現(xiàn)在,我國(guó)的外貿(mào)環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化:國(guó)內(nèi)方面,外貿(mào)政策調(diào)整,出口退稅減少,人民幣持續(xù)升值,新的勞動(dòng)法的實(shí)施等等;國(guó)際方面,美國(guó)發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的次貸危機(jī),以及由此引發(fā)的金融危機(jī),歐美國(guó)家實(shí)行的技術(shù)壁壘和日益嚴(yán)重的保護(hù)主義;在此種嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)的外貿(mào)出口企業(yè)何去何從,困擾著廣大企業(yè)人員。 本文應(yīng)用SWOT理論,對(duì)AB外貿(mào)公司的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,從全球價(jià)值鏈高環(huán)介入的方面,進(jìn)一步提出了AB外貿(mào)公司應(yīng)該提升在價(jià)值鏈中的地位的戰(zhàn)略,改變低環(huán)介入價(jià)值鏈的方式,逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺母攮h(huán)介入,核心思想是要提高外貿(mào)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。這對(duì)于其他的中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)有著一定的借鑒作用。全文分六章。 第一章介紹了論文的研究背景和主要內(nèi)容。 第二章介紹了相關(guān)的理論概念:價(jià)值鏈;價(jià)值鏈的低環(huán)介入和高環(huán)介入;SWOT分析;核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 第三章首先介紹了AB外貿(mào)公司的概況,然后對(duì)AB外貿(mào)公司的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)之做出了SWOT分析,從高環(huán)介入的角度談了如何提高AB外貿(mào)公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 第四章論述了提升AB外貿(mào)公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的四大措施,就是規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和加強(qiáng)成本控制、提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和加強(qiáng)專業(yè)化、為客戶創(chuàng)造價(jià)值、創(chuàng)新。 第五章論述了高環(huán)介入就能提升AB外貿(mào)公司的品牌價(jià)值和國(guó)際化水平。 第六章則對(duì)本文做了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, especially from 2007 to now, great changes have taken place in China's foreign trade environment: domestic aspects, adjustment of foreign trade policy, reduction of export tax rebate, continuous appreciation of RMB, implementation of new labor law and so on; On the international front, the United States has experienced a serious sub-prime mortgage crisis, and the financial crisis caused by it, technical barriers and increasingly serious protectionism in Europe and the United States. Under such a severe situation, where should our foreign trade export enterprises go? Perplexing the vast number of enterprise personnel. Based on the SWOT theory, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of AB foreign trade company, and further puts forward the strategy that AB foreign trade company should upgrade its position in the value chain from the aspect of global value chain high ring intervention. The core idea is to improve the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises. This for other small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have certain reference role. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and main contents of the thesis. The second chapter introduces the related theoretical concepts: value chain, low-ring value chain intervention and high-ring intervention SWOT analysis; core competitiveness. The third chapter first introduces the general situation of AB foreign trade company, then analyzes the internal and external environment of AB foreign trade company, and makes SWOT analysis on it, and discusses how to improve the core competitiveness of AB foreign trade company from the angle of high ring intervention. The fourth chapter discusses the four measures to enhance the core competitiveness of AB foreign trade company, namely, to avoid risks and strengthen cost control, to improve operational efficiency and specialization, to create value for customers, and to innovate. Chapter 5 discusses the brand value and internationalization level of AB foreign trade company. The sixth chapter summarizes this paper.
