【摘要】:正問:李某于2009年1月至某市一家私營企業(yè)工作,并簽訂了為期3年的勞動合同。2011年5月,該企業(yè)工會委員大會選舉新一屆工會委員會,任期3年,李某被選舉為女職工委員。2012年1月,該企業(yè)老板通知李某勞動合同期滿,不再續(xù)簽勞動合同。李某認(rèn)為,根據(jù)《工會法》其勞動合同應(yīng)當(dāng)自動順延至2014年5月,企業(yè)不應(yīng)以原勞動合同到期?
[Abstract]:Li Mou worked in a private enterprise in a city in January 2009 and signed a three-year labor contract. In May 2011, the Council elected a new trade union committee for a term of three years. Li Mou was elected as a female staff member. In January 2012, the owner of the enterprise informed Li that his labor contract expired and that he would no longer renew the labor contract. Li Mou thinks, according to "Trade Union Law" its labor contract should be automatically extended to May 2014, enterprises should not expire with the original labor contract?
