【摘要】：正充分就業(yè),作為宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的目標(biāo),歷來受到各國(guó)政府的重視。但是,據(jù)《時(shí)代》周報(bào)1995年2月刊文,全球28億有勞動(dòng)能力的人中約有30％的人失業(yè)或不能就業(yè)�？梢�,失業(yè)已成為全球性的問題。過去,我們一直認(rèn)為失業(yè)只是發(fā)生在西方國(guó)家的事情,可是隨著計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)軌變型和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,失業(yè)問題日益嚴(yán)重地?cái)[在我們面前。
[Abstract]:Full employment, as the goal of macroeconomic policy, has always been taken seriously by governments. However, according to the February 1995 issue of time Weekly, about 30% of the 2.8 billion laboring people in the world are unemployed or unable to work. Thus, unemployment has become a global problem. In the past, we always thought that unemployment occurred only in western countries. However, with the transformation of planned economy to socialist market economy and the intensification of market competition, the problem of unemployment has become increasingly serious in front of us.
