【摘要】: 摘要:隨著以全球化和Internet為特征的新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,產(chǎn)品日新月異而生命周期加速縮短,企業(yè)面臨著更加激烈的競爭。為了適應(yīng)更加快速的技術(shù)革命,迎接知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的挑戰(zhàn),參與世界競爭,許多企業(yè)都積極進(jìn)行組織架構(gòu)及管理方式的變革和創(chuàng)新,努力朝著柔性化、扁平化、虛擬化的方向發(fā)展!叭肆Y源外包”正是在這樣的社會(huì)大背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的幫助企業(yè)提高效率、贏得競爭優(yōu)勢的一種新型管理模式。,從二00八年一月一日起,我國開始實(shí)施《新勞動(dòng)合同法》,大大增加了企業(yè)用人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)!叭肆Y源外包”在一定的程度上可以降低及轉(zhuǎn)嫁這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),于是“人力資源外包”便成了許多企業(yè)降低用人成本和責(zé)任的主要途徑。目前,全國人力資源公司數(shù)量和業(yè)務(wù)量不斷增多。同時(shí),一些企業(yè)也開始利用自辦外包性質(zhì)公司的方式來規(guī)避勞動(dòng)法。 本論文采用實(shí)證研究的方法,堅(jiān)持實(shí)踐和理論相結(jié)合的原則,將所學(xué)到的人力資源外包管理知識(shí)運(yùn)用到具體的企業(yè)案例,裕程(昆山)體育用品有限公司(以下簡稱YC公司)是目前中國零售巨頭寶勝國際的全資子公司,YC公司在其人力資源外包管理項(xiàng)目上有其獨(dú)樹一幟的風(fēng)格,也有其鮮為人知的隱患。 筆者通過對裕程公司的人力資源外包工作持續(xù)一年多的跟蹤調(diào)查及參與工作,對本項(xiàng)目工作作了較詳盡地分析和探討,也針對其項(xiàng)目工作中的各種重要環(huán)節(jié)所暴露出的問題進(jìn)行了深入地剖析,尋找問題發(fā)生的根本原因。同時(shí),本文也將其與目前實(shí)施的其他人力資源外包項(xiàng)目相比較,亦有其成功之處,這也為人力資源外包管理提供了諸多值得借鑒的珍貴資料。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the arrival of the new economic era characterized by globalization and Internet, the products change with each passing day and the life cycle is shortened rapidly, and the enterprises are facing more fierce competition. In order to adapt to the faster technological revolution, meet the challenge of knowledge economy and participate in the world competition, many enterprises actively carry out the reform and innovation of organizational structure and management mode, and strive to develop towards the direction of flexibility, flatness and virtualization. "Human resource outsourcing" is a new management mode that helps enterprises to improve their efficiency and gain competitive advantage under such a social background. From January 1, 2008, China began to implement the new Labor contract Law, which greatly increased the risk of employing enterprises. "Human resource outsourcing" can reduce and transfer these risks to a certain extent, so "human resource outsourcing" has become the main way for many enterprises to reduce the cost and responsibility of human resources. At present, the number of national human resources companies and business volume continues to increase. At the same time, some enterprises also began to use their own outsourcing nature of the way to avoid labor law. This paper adopts the method of empirical research, adheres to the principle of combining practice and theory, and applies the knowledge of human resource outsourcing management to specific enterprise cases. Yucheng (Kunshan) Sports goods Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YC Company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chinese retail giant Baosheng International. There are also hidden dangers that are little-known. In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the work of this project by following and investigating the human resource outsourcing work of Yucheng Company for more than one year. The problems exposed in various important links in the project work are also analyzed in depth to find out the root cause of the problems. At the same time, compared with other human resource outsourcing projects, this paper also has its success, which also provides a lot of valuable information for human resource outsourcing management.
