【摘要】：我國和西班牙是兩個(gè)社會(huì)制度不同的國家，，但在勞動(dòng)立法產(chǎn)生的歷史背景和法律結(jié)構(gòu)上，有著許多共同點(diǎn)；然而，由于國情差異懸殊、歷史條件不同，使得兩國勞動(dòng)立法在內(nèi)容和風(fēng)格上又各有所異。本文作者側(cè)重從我國勞動(dòng)爭議的處理和西班牙的勞資訴訟的比較，進(jìn)行了初步探討。
[Abstract]:China and Spain are two countries with different social systems , but there are many common points in the historical background and legal structure of labor legislation ;
However , due to the disparity of national conditions and different historical conditions , the labor legislation of the two countries is different in content and style . The author focuses on the comparison of labor disputes in China and labor litigation in Spain , and makes a preliminary discussion .
