【摘要】：民營(yíng)企業(yè)作為我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放后的新生力量,有力地推動(dòng)了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,民營(yíng)企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展對(duì)維持整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展乃至全社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定具有重大意義。但是,由于民營(yíng)企業(yè)多是中小企業(yè),發(fā)展還不成熟,加上我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的工傷保險(xiǎn)制度還不完善,致使民營(yíng)企業(yè)工傷事故和職業(yè)病頻頻發(fā)生并且影響嚴(yán)重,越來(lái)越引起人們的關(guān)注。學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)和工傷保險(xiǎn)的研究不少,但是鮮有學(xué)者把民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工工傷保險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題作為一個(gè)社會(huì)保障學(xué)課題進(jìn)行深入研究。綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、歷史分析、比較分析和實(shí)證研究等方法,在對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工工傷保險(xiǎn)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)工傷保險(xiǎn)制度的發(fā)展歷程;通過(guò)考察我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)工傷保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工工傷保險(xiǎn)存在的問(wèn)題并從微觀和宏觀兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行原因分析;然后,研究國(guó)外工傷保險(xiǎn)制度的發(fā)展及其對(duì)我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)工傷保險(xiǎn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,最后提出解決我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)員工工傷保險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:As a new force after China's reform and opening up, private enterprises have promoted the economic development of our country. The healthy development of private enterprises is of great significance to maintain the sustainable development of the whole national economy and even the stability of the whole society. Because the private enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises, the development is not mature, and the industrial injury insurance system of the private enterprises in our country is not perfect, which leads to the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the private enterprises and its serious impact. People pay more and more attention to it. There are a lot of researches on private enterprises and industrial injury insurance in academic circles, but few scholars deeply study the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises as a social security subject. Based on the historical analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research, this paper analyzes the development of the industrial injury insurance system of private enterprises in China on the basis of defining the related concepts of employee injury insurance in private enterprises. By investigating the current situation of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises in China, the author finds out the existing problems of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in China and analyzes the causes from the micro and macro levels. This paper studies the development of industrial injury insurance system in foreign countries and the experience of industrial injury insurance in private enterprises of our country. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of employee injury insurance in private enterprises in our country.
