【摘要】：正雙證書教育是指受教育者在取得學(xué)歷證書的同時(shí),取得相關(guān)的職業(yè)資格證書。職業(yè)資格證書是國家證書制度的一個(gè)組成部分,是勞動(dòng)者求職、任職、開業(yè)的資格憑證,是用人單位招聘,錄用勞動(dòng)者的主要依據(jù)。為加強(qiáng)職業(yè)資格證書制度建設(shè),推行勞動(dòng)就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度,國家出臺了一系列法律法規(guī)。1994年頒布的《中華人民共和國勞動(dòng)法》明確提出：“國家確定職業(yè)分類,對規(guī)定的職業(yè)制定職業(yè)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)行職業(yè)資格證書制度”。1996年《中華人民共和國教育法》規(guī)定“實(shí)施職業(yè)教育應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,同國家制定的職業(yè)分類和職業(yè)等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相
[Abstract]:Positive and double certificate education means that the educatee obtains the relevant professional qualification certificate while obtaining the diploma certificate. It is the main basis for employing units to recruit and employ workers.
