【摘要】：私募基金作為當今金融市場中迅速發(fā)展的新興經濟模式,是市場經濟的重要組成部分,體現(xiàn)了我國經濟蓬勃發(fā)展的前景,也反映了新的時代下全球化經濟體系發(fā)展的趨勢。本文依據(jù)我國私募基金目前的發(fā)展情勢,從私募基金的概念界定、特征、我國市場現(xiàn)狀的評價、前景預測以及對發(fā)展方向的展望建議,并針對這些空缺提出了一些完善性建議,以求更好地了解完善有關私募基金的法律制度和規(guī)定。
[Abstract]:As an emerging economic model in the financial market, private equity fund is an important part of the market economy. It reflects the prospect of the vigorous development of China's economy, and also reflects the trend of the development of the globalized economic system in the new era. According to the current development situation of private equity fund in China, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of private equity fund, evaluates the present situation of our country's market, forecasts the prospect, and puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of these vacancies, as well as some suggestions on the future development direction of private equity fund in China. In order to better understand and improve the private equity legal system and regulations.
