【摘要】：青島天價大蝦事件傳得沸沸揚(yáng)揚(yáng),各個方面的學(xué)者就著這個事件提出了很多問題,本文也將從法律層面討論分析,研究關(guān)于消費(fèi)欺詐行為的政府監(jiān)管法律制度,并提出相關(guān)立法建議。
[Abstract]:The Qingdao Shrimp case has been widely spread. Scholars from various fields have raised a lot of questions about the incident. This paper will also discuss and analyze the legal system of government supervision on consumption fraud from the legal level. And put forward relevant legislative suggestions.
