【摘要】：推進(jìn)交通運(yùn)輸供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,是引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的重大創(chuàng)新,必須進(jìn)行交通運(yùn)輸執(zhí)法體制改革。要深入探討交通運(yùn)輸執(zhí)法體制改革的依據(jù)問(wèn)題,執(zhí)法主體資格問(wèn)題,組建交通運(yùn)輸執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)問(wèn)題,編制核定問(wèn)題,市轄區(qū)不設(shè)執(zhí)法機(jī)構(gòu)問(wèn)題,人員安置問(wèn)題,工資經(jīng)費(fèi)保障不到位問(wèn)題,改革的進(jìn)度問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:To promote the supply-side structural reform of transportation is a major innovation leading to the new normal state of economic development. Therefore, the reform of traffic and transport law enforcement system must be carried out. It is necessary to discuss in depth the basis for the reform of the traffic and transport law enforcement system, the qualification of the law enforcement bodies, the establishment of traffic and transport law enforcement agencies, the compilation and approval of the problems, the non-establishment of law enforcement agencies in municipal districts, and the placement of personnel. The salary funds guarantee does not arrive the question, the reform progress question.
