【摘要】：中國與中亞在能源方面合作不斷加強(qiáng),逐步形成了更加緊密的能源安全共同體,然而在雙方投資與合作過程中諸多相關(guān)法律問題也不斷涌現(xiàn),使中國對中亞地區(qū)的能源投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加大。文章對中亞能源投資中對投資的界定、投資準(zhǔn)入、政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及環(huán)境保護(hù)等相關(guān)投資法律問題進(jìn)行研究與分析,提出中國在中亞投資與合作過程中的相應(yīng)對策,將對中國能源投資規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、保護(hù)投資利益大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Cooperation in energy between China and Central Asia has been strengthened and a closer energy security community has been gradually formed. However, in the process of investment and cooperation between China and Central Asia, many related legal issues are also emerging. China's energy investment in Central Asia increased risk. In this paper, the definition of investment in energy investment in Central Asia, investment access, political risks and environmental protection and other related investment legal issues are studied and analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures in the process of China's investment and cooperation in Central Asia are put forward. It will be beneficial to China's energy investment to avoid risks and protect investment interests.
