【摘要】：正近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域互認(rèn)合作的不斷擴(kuò)大,由世界海關(guān)組織發(fā)起的AEO守法認(rèn)證制度,讓越來越多的各國企業(yè)在降低國際貿(mào)易成本、增強(qiáng)市場競爭力等方面獲得了實(shí)際優(yōu)惠。本文在分析世界各國AEO實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從保障供應(yīng)鏈安全與便利的視角,提出了我國海關(guān)實(shí)施AEO制度的具體策略與路徑。一、AEO制度的提出及主要發(fā)達(dá)國家的實(shí)踐進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整步伐加快,世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化愈趨明顯,各國普遍意
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous expansion of mutual recognition and cooperation in the field of global economic and trade, the AEO law-abiding certification system initiated by the World Customs Organization has enabled more and more enterprises from various countries to reduce the cost of international trade. Enhanced market competitiveness and other aspects of the actual preferential treatment. Based on the analysis of the implementation experience of AEO in various countries in the world and from the perspective of ensuring the safety and convenience of the supply chain, this paper puts forward the specific strategies and paths for China's customs to implement the AEO system. Since the introduction of the AEO system and the practice of the major developed countries in the 21st century, the pace of global industrial restructuring has quickened, the world has become more and more polarized, and the economic globalization has become more and more obvious.
