【摘要】：闡述了真煙非法流通的含義和危害,剖析了現(xiàn)階段真煙非法流通的特點(diǎn)和成因,并從"強(qiáng)化事前防控、突出事中監(jiān)管、深入事后總結(jié)"三個(gè)維度提出了具體的解決措施。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the meaning and harm of the illegal circulation of real tobacco, analyzes the characteristics and causes of the illegal circulation of real tobacco at the present stage, and puts forward some concrete solutions from the three dimensions of "strengthening prevention and control beforehand, emphasizing supervision in the matter and summing up after the event".
