[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee directly faced questions from all walks of life about "ruling by law China," proceeding from the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the specific national conditions, and systematically answered the objectives, principles, paths, key points and guarantees of administering the country according to law.A mobilization order was issued for the building of a society ruled by law in an all-round way.In the third part (3), "deepening the reform of the administrative law enforcement system", "promoting comprehensive law enforcement and greatly reducing the types of law enforcement teams at the municipal and county levels of government" are the main points.
