【摘要】：正在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩的同時(shí),中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的外向型特征仍在不斷增強(qiáng)。隨著國際匯率的變化,國內(nèi)閑置資本配置國外資產(chǎn)的欲望更加強(qiáng)烈。中國境內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本和金融資本通過設(shè)立跨境并購基金的形式,積極參與跨境并購重組,推動全球化、區(qū)域化的產(chǎn)業(yè)整合。本文結(jié)合實(shí)例操作,針對并購基金在跨境投融資中的運(yùn)用,作簡要實(shí)務(wù)分析。一、并購基金跨境投資的優(yōu)勢并購基金作為戰(zhàn)略投資者參與國內(nèi)企業(yè)的跨國投資,可以幫助實(shí)業(yè)投資者克服地域、財(cái)務(wù)或運(yùn)營管理上
[Abstract]:At the same time as the global economy is slowing down, the export-oriented character of China's economy continues to grow. As the international exchange rate changes, Domestic idle capital has a stronger desire to allocate foreign assets. Industrial and financial capital in China actively participates in cross-border mergers and acquisitions through the establishment of cross-border M & A funds and promotes globalization. Industrial integration of regionalization. This paper makes a brief practical analysis on the application of M & A funds in cross-border investment and financing. The advantage of cross-border investment of M & A funds. As strategic investors, M & A funds participate in transnational investments of domestic enterprises, which can help industrial investors overcome geographical, financial, or operational management.
