[Abstract]:In September 23rd 2016, the professional committee of ship driving of Shanghai Maritime Society took the lead to hold a seminar in Hangzhou with the theme of "study on the Construction of Deep Water Channel and the improvement of regulations in the Yangtze River Estuary". The conference invited the National Master of Exploration and Design of Waterway Engineering. Zhou Hai, Honorary President of Shanghai Waterway Survey and Design Research Institute, and Huang Jianwei, Director of Maritime Administration and Director of Water Safety Command Center of Shanghai Maritime Safety Bureau, The deep water of the Yangtze River and Nanjing is 12.5 meters below the Yangtze River.
