【摘要】：僵尸企業(yè)問題關(guān)乎經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)健康增長。文章基于國內(nèi)外理論和實(shí)務(wù)中僵尸企業(yè)發(fā)展、研究狀況,對(duì)國內(nèi)外僵尸企業(yè)界定和識(shí)別的主要觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,總結(jié)了僵尸企業(yè)的界定和識(shí)別的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析"創(chuàng)造性破壞"理論及其在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用,總結(jié)出"創(chuàng)造性破壞"理論對(duì)我國處置僵尸企業(yè)的理論啟示;通過分析日本處置僵尸企業(yè)采取措施和對(duì)美國"不良資產(chǎn)救助計(jì)劃"下汽車業(yè)僵尸企業(yè)處置成功的典型研究,總結(jié)出對(duì)我國相關(guān)的理論和實(shí)踐的啟示。
[Abstract]:Zombie companies issue related to the adjustment of economic structure, industrial structure upgrading and healthy economic growth. The development of zombie enterprises at home and abroad theory and practice based on the research status, compared the main points of zombie enterprises at home and abroad the definition and identification, summarizes the definition and identification of the zombie companies. On this basis, through the analysis of "creative damage theory and its application in practice, summed up the" creative destruction "theory and Its Enlightenment on our disposal of zombie enterprise theory; through the analysis of Japan's zombie companies take the typical research disposal measures and disposal of the success of the Troubled Asset Relief Program of automobile industry Zombie enterprises, summarizes the theory and practice of China the enlightenment.
