摘要：

文章以福建仙游農(nóng)村婚俗變遷為例闡述婚俗變遷與《婚姻法》規(guī)制的關(guān)系，認(rèn)為《婚姻法》在廢除封建家長(zhǎng)制、包辦婚姻和一夫多妻方面起了重大的作用，但在辦理結(jié)婚記和禁止早婚早育等方面的規(guī)制力不強(qiáng)，進(jìn)而提出《婚姻法》的制、修訂應(yīng)緊緊立足于民俗基礎(chǔ)、相關(guān)法律規(guī)定要盡量做到周全、要加大《婚姻法》的宣傳力度等建議。

Abstract： 

Based on the research on marriage change in rural areas of Xianyou, Fujian and some changes in the Law of Marriage ; the author holds that Law of Marriage played a major role in regulating the relationship, the abolition of the feudal patriarchal system, arranged marriages and polygamy but the regulation of the law is not strong in the process of marriage gister and the prohibition of early marriage am other aspects. The author then suggests that Law of Marriage ; the concerning system, changes should be made on the basis of folk custom, relevant laws and regulations to try to be comprehensive, to promote publicity of Law of Marriage and so on.
